Life is hard. Life is hard for everyone. Life is hard for everyone and no one escapes it. Me included.

I don’t go one day without recognizing with gratitude my immense privilege and blessings, but that doesn’t mean that my life is always easy. It has been a ROUGH two months in my house.My partner and I have been going through some really hard stuff and I have found myself overwhelmed with the kind of tension that comes with trying to be in control all the time.Do you know anything about that constant gripping in your belly that comes with trying to control everyone around you?
