I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in yoga classes, pilates classes and other physical activity.

I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of my participation in my session.

I understand that it is my continuing responsibility to inform the instructor(s) of any previous medical conditions, injuries or surgeries prior to my first class and at such other times as I acquire information as to same.

Once we have received payment from you to download Francesca Cervero’s Online Yoga Practices Audio Recordings, all payments and transactions are nonrefundable and nontransferable. 

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. 

Upon purchasing, you will be given a password to access the audio recordings to download the audio recordings for your personal use only. 

These audios are not to be replicated, sold, copied or used by any other individual than the person(s) who purchased them. They are owned solely by their creator and owner, Francesca Cervero.
